Do I need prior volunteer experience?
Not at all! We welcome volunteers of all experience levels. All volunteers receive an orientation briefing before their shift.
Can I volunteer with a group or organization?
Absolutely! Group volunteering is encouraged. Please note your group name in the Special Notes field and we’ll do our best to place you together.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. You’ll receive an official Community Impact Day volunteer t-shirt to wear during the event.
Will I receive a confirmation after signing up?
Yes! Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your assigned role, shift details, and event day instructions.
Who do I contact if I need to cancel or change my role?
